Question - I just placed an order. When will my product(s) ship?

We pride ourselves on getting orders out the door quickly! We know you're just as anxious to receive your items as we are to give them to you! Typically we'll ship out orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them but on rare occasions it could take up to a week. This depends on if we're knee-deep in a big sale (Black Friday, Spring Cleaning or Christmas, etc.) or we're away on business (conventions, out of state meetings , etc.)

Question - Can you give me my tracking number?

Although we have no problem looking up your order information and emailing you your tracking number, the easiest way to go about getting it would be to log into your PayPal account. As soon as we create your shipping label PayPal should automatically add the tracking information to your order under your account. With that being said, if you're unable to find your tracking number please feel free to get in touch with us by either emailing us at contact@f4dstudios.com or sending us a message using the Contact link above.

Question - I changed my mind and don't want the product(s) I purchased. Can I get a refund?

For Apparel and other products: we will gladly issue you a refund if the product hasn't shipped. Once the product ships we will be unable to issue you a refund.

For Prints and Posters: we will not be able to issue you a refund after you make a purchase. All sales are final so please keep that in mind when ordering!

Question - I received my product(s) damaged. What can I do?

It depends on the product(s) in question. If your Apparel order is ripped/torn/damaged we will gladly issue you a replacement item if available or issue you a refund. For Prints and Posters we would request that you send us a few pictures of the damaged item(s) so we can determine the best course of action. Sometimes we have extra products so we can issue you a replacement item whereas other times we will need to issue you a refund. Please contact us for more information.

Question - My payment went through on both your website and PayPal but I was still issued a refund. What's going on?

On rare occasions during very busy sales, our site might have an oversell of a product. If this happens we always issue products to the customers in the order our site receives them. That means if we only have 50 quantity of an item and we have 55 orders, those last 5 orders that went through will receive a refund of their purchase. Please note however, we reserve the right to issue a refund for any order for any reason. Especially if we feel the customer may be purchasing the product in an attempt to resell it (a "flipper") for profit. We always try our best to keep our product in the true fans hands and this is one small part of it.
